New Delhi, July 15 (ANI): Stressing that the NDA inherited a ‘depressive’ environment when it came to power 14 months ago, Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Wednesday said the Skill India Mission will bring about a ‘huge change’. Jaitley further pointed out that in a global environment, where global growths are modest; India is standing as a relative bright spot. Prime Minister Narendra Modi formally launched the “National Skill Development Mission” and unveiled the new “National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship 2015” today.
