BJP to launch Parivartan Yatra Rath to counter Nitish Kumar

Patna, July 16 (ANI): The BJP in an effort to counter the resurgent JD (U) has planned to launch a high-pitched “Parivartan Yatra” campaign in Bihar which will be flagged off on Thursday by party president Amit Shah. Taking a jibe over the yatra, JD (U) leader and Bihar chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that Bihar is progressing and the BJP does not want this.

According to BJP, the raths will highlight the plight of Bihar during the “15-year rule of RJD chief Lalu Prasad” and how it destroyed the state. Reacting over this Lalu said that the BJP is spending huge amount of money on this yatra and the party should answer from where they are getting this money. Meanwhile, replying to Lalu’s question, senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi said that the BJP is big national party and it has no shortage of funds.
