Women achievers narrate their stories of success at panel discussion in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, July 22 (ANI): Some of the most powerful women in India narrate their journey in life at an event in Bengaluru as country head of Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC), India, Naina Lal Kidwai released her book in the event. The book called 30 women in power’ , carries the inimitable voices of Indian women who have been pioneers and led large organisations – in the sectors like banking, law, media, advertising, government services, healthcare, consulting, fast-moving consumer goods and the not-for-profit space. Kidwai led the panel comprising of former Indian Ambassador to the US Nirupama Rao, Chairman and Managing Director of Biocon Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, founder of Akanksha Foundation Shaheen Mistry among other dignitaries. Kidwai said she penned the book to make stories of women known to others. Meanwhile, former Indian ambassador to the US, Nirupama Rao hailed the book and said that the book was to inspire girls and women of the country.
