Udhampur, Aug 05 (ANI): Unidentified militants opened fire at BSF convoy in Samroli in Udhampur on Wednesday killing one BSF jawan and injuring nearly 9. Encounter between militants & security forces is underway in Udhampur after the attack. The convoy was on its way to Srinagar from Jammu, when it was attacked by unidentified militants who fired indiscriminately from close range upon the BSF bus. The injured persons were sent to Udhampur through BSF ambulance. Further details are still awaited.
