Govt mulling over ‘no work, no pay’ for MPs, Politicos react

New Delhi/ Noida, Aug 02 (ANI): Political leaders on Sunday react as government is mulling over applying ‘no work, no pay’ policy on MPs. The proposal was brought in the backdrop of continuous logjam in Parliament in recent days. Minister of State for Civil Aviation Mahesh Sharma said that government is planning this and senior ministers are in touch with the opposition to reach a consensus. He said that the government is trying to reach a consensus with the opposition before taking any tough action. Congress leader Sandeep Dikshit maintained that the opposition is only doing its job and demanding answers from the government. AAP leader Dilip Pandey, meanwhile, supported the move.
