New Delhi, Aug 02 (ANI): YPWA (Youth Power Welfare Association) and VEDANECTAR.com (project of Universal Health Foundation) organised a “2nd Women Marathon” on Sunday in the national capital New Delhi. Program’s objective is to create awareness about Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s message of “beti bachao, beti padhao” (Women Empowerment). The marathon was organized on women empowerment in Yamuna sports complex in Delhi. Not only Prime Minister Modi, but also our former president Late Mr APJ Abdul Kalam was concerned about women empowerment campaign. The subject of empowerment of women has become a burning issue all over the world including India since last few decades.
