New Delhi, Aug 13 (ANI): Describing Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi as a ‘part time leader’, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on Thursday said the former has increased the duration of his party’s ‘political exile’ by 20 years by disrupting the Monsoon Session of the Parliament. Naqvi said that the Congress party is only creating problems for itself by disrupting the Parliament.
