Pak had already decided to dismiss NSA level talks after Ufa summit: Sushma (Part – 2)

New Delhi, Aug 22 (ANI): Union External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Saturday replied back to Pakistan’s NSA Sartaj Aziz in which he had stated that India has set pre conditions for meeting. Sushma said that during the meeting between PM Narendra Modi and Nawaz Sharif it was decided that talks should first be held about terror and peace on border. She said that after Sharif went back he faced flak for his agreement about NSA level talks after which ways of dismissing them were found. She also gave examples to validate her statement by giving the dates on which India sought reply from Pakistan over meeting for talks. She said that the meetings of DG BSF was to held before NSA level talks but Pak gave dates for that meet after NSA as they thought that NSA talks will be dismissed then no further talks will also be held thus dismissing the entire process of dialogue.
