Dubai, Aug 17 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday addressed the Indian diaspora at Dubai cricket stadium. Modi laid emphasis on improving relations with neighbouring countries. He gave examples of his visits to Nepal and Sri Lanka which improved bilateral relations with those nations. He added that when in need the neighbouring nations should always help each other.
