Gaya, Aug 23 (ANI): Police recovered huge cache of arms and 18 live cartridges from a Maoist rebel hideout in Bihar. Acting on a tip off about the presence of Maoist rebels in a forested area, police began a combing operation in Gaya district. Sensing the presence of police the rebels fled their hideout. The Maoists, also known as ‘Naxals’ in India, seek the violent overthrow of the Indian state.
