Ujjain, Aug 17 (ANI): Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Monday visited Mahakal Temple in Ujjain to seek blessings for the welfare of his state.
Despite the alleged involvement in Vyapam scam, BJP has proven to be a clear cut winner against Congress in the state municipal elections. BJP registered victory in 16 municipal corporations in MP on Sunday. Shivraj felicitated the BJP workers for their contribution on Sunday. He also praised the locals and spoke of their innocence and said MP is synonymous to peace. Shivraj said his visit to the great Mahakal Temple is to seek blessings for the welfare of the masses of MP in the auspicious month of Sawan and participated in Mahakaleshwar palki yatra.
