New Delhi, Aug 29 (ANI): External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Saturday tied Rakhi to Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu on the occasion of Rakshabandhan. Speaking on the occasion, both greeted the nation on auspicious occasion. Rakshabandhan is a Hindu festival that celebrates the love and duty between brothers and sisters. On Rakshabandhan, sisters tie a rakhi (sacred thread) on her brother’s wrist. This symbolizes the sister’s love and prayers for her brother’s well-being, and the brother’s lifelong vow to protect her.
