Rajouri, Aug 02 (ANI): Security has been beefed up in border areas of Jammu and Kashmir after militant attack in neighouring Punjab province. In Rajouri district, the security at vital establishments and police stations has been tightened. Policemen are conducting regular inspections of vehicles at key check posts to prevent any untoward incident. On Monday (July 27), three gunmen stormed a police station in Punjab’s Gurdaspur district and killed seven people before they were eliminated in a 12 hour gun battle. Ten people, including four police, three civilians and the three militants were killed.
