Lucknow, August 15 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav celebrated the Independence Day and inaugurated the Kite competition on Saturday. Yadav also flew kite high in the air as part of Independence Day celebrations. India is celebrating 69th year of independence today. India got independence from the 200 years of British colonial rule on August 15, 1947.
