New Delhi, Nov 27 (ANI): Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Friday said the Constitution framed by Dr. B. R. Ambedkar rejected theocracy and made it clear that the state would not discriminate people on the basis of religion. Jaitley said the Constitution gives freedom to everyone to practice his or her own religion. Jaitley further said Article 13 ensures that the fundamental rights which have been given are superior and added there is no law which can overrule it.
