Delhi, Nov 27 (ANI): Bharatiya Janta Party leader RK Singh on Friday welcomed Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s decision to ban liquor but expressed his concern over smuggling and other crime in the state. The former home secretary said that there should be a proper balance.BJP leader Ram Kripal Yadav on his part said that this step should have been taken by Nitish around 10 years ago. Janata Dal (United) leader Sharad Yadav showered praise on Nitish and said that his party has fulfilled the promise made to the women of Bihar by banning liquor in the state. Kumar yesterday announced that liquor would be banned in Bihar from April 1 next year.
