Mumbai blast mastermind delivering provocative speeches across border, says BSF

Jammu And Kashmir, Nov 26 (ANI): Border Security Force Inspector General Rakesh Sharma on Thursday (November 26) said militant organisation Jamaat-ud-Dawa chief Hafiz Muhammad Saeed has been delivering provocative speeches in militant base camps across international border with Pakistan and Line of Control (LoC) to wage war against India. Saeed was mastermind behind the 2008 Mumbai attack in which 166 people were killed. During a news conference in Jammu district, Sharma said there was an increase in provocative speeches in militant base camps. Sharma added that the biggest problem from the neighbouring country was infiltration. The BSF officer also said that Pakistan has been using people with criminal records and convicts, who have been facing death sentences. Militant violence remains a problem in Kashmir although levels of violence are down as compared to 1990s when an armed revolt against Indian rule erupted. India accuses Pakistan of training and arming rebels and infiltrating them into the part of Muslim-majority Kashmir that it controls, a claim its neighbour denies.
