Parliament ‘intolerance’ debate spurs war of words

New Delhi, Kolkata, Dec01 (ANI): Politcos reacted vehemently on the intolerance debate in Parliament on Tuesday. BJP leader CP Thakur maintained that there have been no cases of violence since the Modi government came into power and that India had been tolerant since time immemorial. Union minister for Nitin Gadkari highlighted that the issue of intolerance is international and is causing problem to the society and added that the appeasement of terrorists and terrorist organizations was not a good thing. Congress leader Ashwani Kumar lashed out at the BJP saying that government was unfortunately not realizing the sensitive issue of intolerance.
