New Delhi, Feb 10 (ANI): A girl created ruckus in New Delhi’s Connaught Place area last night after her car rammed into a bike. Bikers who were hit by her car allege she was under the influence of alcohol. For about three hours in the inebriated state, she created public nuisance, and also created ruckus in police station.
