New Delhi, Feb 12 (ANI): In connection with the protests against an event ‘mourning’ the hanging of 2001 Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru, the Delhi Police on Friday arrested Jawaharlal Nehru University Students’ Union president Kanhaiya Kumar. The case was registered on Thursday under Section of 124 A (sedition) and 120B (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code at Vasant Kunj (North) police station following, complaints by BJP Member of parliament Maheish Girri and Akhil Bharatiya Vidhyarthi Parishad.
