Mumbai, Feb 14 (ANI): North Mumbai Marathon 2016 saw a huge crowd of enthusiasts running in support for the empowerment of the farmers of Maharashtra. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Ashish Shelar, who is a part of the organizing committee of the North Mumbai marathon, said that the marathon was organized for the youth, as well as for the upliftment of the farmers. The Mumbai Marathon aims at collecting the funds raised from the event and thereby putting it to use for the welfare of the farmers.
