Taiwan, Feb 06 (ANI): A powerful earthquake toppled a 17-story apartment building in Taiwan, killing at least two people, including a 10-day-old girl, and triggering frantic efforts to rescue dozens of people feared trapped in debris. The epicentre of the quake was located around 48 kilometers southeast of Tainan, at a depth of around 10 kilometers, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
