New Delhi, May 3 (ANI): Bollywood veteran Shashi Kapoor, who was felicitated with the Dada Saheb Phalke Award in 2014, is now all set to get a biography in the month of May. The biography titled ‘Shashi Kapoor – the Householder, the Star’ will have chapters from the personal and professional life of the actor. The biography, authored by film journalist Aseem Chhabra also attempts to trace the affable Bollywood star’s forays into world cinema as also his pioneering works in the theatre circuit. Shashi Kapoor made his acting debut in brother Raj Kapoor’s directorial maiden ‘Awaara in 1951 and belted out some evergreen films like ‘Waqt’, ‘Deewar’, ‘Trishul’. The 216-page book is all set to release on May 6.
