New Delhi, May 26 (ANI): The Delhi Development Authority’s public-friendly initiative allows the builder to extend the construction time by giving composition fees. The existing maximum period of 10 years for construction has been revised, subject to payment of composition fees. In all surviving leases if the construction has not been completed within the given time, the builders can apply for the extension period in DDA.
