SC allows Italian marine to fly home after Centre backs his plea

New Delhi, May 26 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Thursday relaxed the bail conditions of Salvatore Girone, one of the two Italian marines accused of killing two fishermen off Kerala coast in 2012, and allowed him to go to his country till an International Arbitral Tribunal decides the jurisdictional issue between India and Italy. Suhail Dutt, lawyer of Italian Marine, said there are certain conditions that he needs to follow, which includes surrender his passports. He added that he will be reporting in the police station once every month and that report will send to Indian embassy.
