Panaji, June 27 (ANI): Panaji Mayor Surendra Furtado, along with two journalists and four others, escaped unhurt when the weed-removal mechanism outfitted boat capsized in a creek in Panaji. The mayor was dragged from under the boat, even as all others onboard escaped. The media had been invited to cover the de-weeding process of the Campal creek by the Mayor himself.
