PM Modi urges for redressal of consumer grievances

New Delhi, June 29 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday reviewed the progress towards handling and resolution of consumer grievances, mainly in the e-commerce sector, such as booking of tickets and hotel reservations, urging the concerned officials to decisively address such issues. Prime Minister Modi chaired his thirteenth interaction through PRAGATI – the ICT-based, multi-modal platform for Pro-Active Governance and Timely Implementation. He asked for an effective follow-up action within ten days.
