New Delhi, July 24 (ANI): 500 bikers participated in a bike rally here on Sunday in a bid to create awareness about the disabled and help empower them. After crossing many areas of the capital, the rally ended at India Gate, where they were welcomed by Union HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar and other officials. Speaking on the occasion, Javadekar said that the disabled have a right to good living and empowering them is everyone’s responsibility.
