Khatima (Uttarakhand), July 29 (ANI): Heavy monsoon rain threw life out of gear in Uttarakhand’s Khatima area on Friday. The government hospital was inundated with water, forcing doctors and paramedical staff to shift patients out of wards. The patients had to travel for hours to get to another hospital.
