New Delhi, July 31 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday flagged off the ‘Run for Rio’ from the national capital. Giving out an inspiring speech, PM Modi said that he his sure that athletes representing India at the Rio Olympics would bring laurels and glory and will also help paint a picture of India’s culture at the international level. PM Modi also said that India’s preparation is such that the next Tokyo Olympics will see more than 119 players participating as Indian players had the talent, the capacity and the mettle to achieve their dreams and turn them into reality. He added that special budgetary allocation for the food and supplements of the players have been taken care by the Indian Government so that the athletes do not face any difficulty. Lastly, he wished the players a successful stint at the Olympics.
