Leopard, tiger skins seized by police

Amritsar, July 01 (ANI): The Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) sezied a tiger rug and a leopard skin lying abandoned at a secluded place on the backside of a gurdwara in the Ranjit Avenue area. SPCA Inspector Ashok Joshi said following a tip-off, an SPCA team conducted a raid in the Ranjit Avenue area and seized the skins bundled in a bed sheet. The bundle was found beneath a tree on the backside of a Sikh shrine in the A-block of Ranjit Avenue.
