Police Commissioner takes stock as Gurgaon crawls due to massive traffic jam

Gurgaon, July 29 (ANI): As heavy rains left Gurgaon struggling with jams for straight 12 hours, Police Commissioner Navdeep Virk rode a bicycle to take stock of the situation. He said that traffic was unclogged early this morning, but it got back to the same condition during peak hours. Water is being pumped out of the badly-flooded roads. Schools in Gurgaon have been asked to shut down for two days and people have been advised to avoid the roads.
