Kushinagar (Uttar Pradesh), July 27 (ANI): Severe flood in Uttar Pradesh’s Kushinagar town has forced children to use boats to go to school. Heavy rains continued to lash several parts of the province, intensifying the flood situation and affecting thousands of people. Kushinagar town is one of the worst affected. Water has inundated homes and shops, and residents have taken to commuting on boats.
