Shimla (HP), July 26 (ANI): Himachal Pradesh Principal Secretary (Home and Vigilance) Prabodh Saxena on Tuesday said police had detained one more accused in connection with the rape of an Israeli woman yesterday, taking the total arrests to three. Saxena said the district police had constituted three teams, which were looking out for the three other accused, who were absconding.
