Dharamshala, July 28 (ANI): Tibetan government in-exile spokesperson Sonam Norbu has described the reported border intrusions by China in areas such as Chamoli in Uttarakhand as unfortunate, and called on both New Delhi and Beijing to have border-related discussions in a holistic manner.
