Srinagar (Uttarakhand), July 27 (ANI): Children were seen risking their lives in Uttarakhand’s Pauri District to reach school as they had to use a rope trolley to cross Alaknanda River, which has been flowing close to danger mark due to incessant rain in the region. Various areas of the state have been affected by heavy rainfall, triggering landslides and flash floods.
