Siliguri (WB), July 28 (ANI): With incessant rain wreaking havoc in parts of West Bengal, the state government has decided to use geobags to protect the banks from erosion. Situation continues to remain grim as heavy showers continued to lash the region. Dimdima, located close to Siliguri, is one such region where Mahananda River has occupied more land than it used to. The region also received heavy rainfall in the past ten days. Locals have demanded immediate attention of the government.
