New Delhi, Aug 23 (ANI): In a tragic incident, a three-year-old boy was run over by the school van that dropped him home in Delhi’s Civil Lines on Tuesday afternoon. The boy, who went to a play school 2 km from his home, got off the van around 2.30 p m and came under the wheels when the vehicle reversed. Giving details, the father of the boy said the driver used to drive rashly and had been asked many times to control his speed. The father held the van driver completely responsible for the incident and sought strict punishment.
