Kanpur, Aug 30 (ANI): The Lala Lajpat Rai hospital authorities in Kanpur alleged that the 12-year-old boy, who lost his life on his father’s shoulder as he was denied medical assistance, was brought dead to the hospital. Giving details, Doctor RC Gupta said initial inquiry reveals that he was brought dead as the kid had no pulse. Meanwhile, Doctor Sunisha said after finding that the child didn’t had any heart rate, a second opinion was taken from another doctor and after that only he was we declared dead.
