Barmer, Aug 30 (ANI): A private school teacher in Rajasthan’s Barmer punished a Class-3 girl corporally for not completing her homework. The girl nearly lost her eyesight. When the victim’s mother went to complain against the injustice, she was mistreated and abused by the school authorities.
