Facilities, arrangements in check to fight rising Chikungunya cases: AIIMS doctor

New Delhi, Aug 24 (ANI): There has been a sudden increase in Chikunguniya cases in the national capital, with blood samples testing positive for this mosquito-borne disease in the last one-and-a-half-months at the All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) itself. AIIMS Dr. Lalit Dar acknowledged the same and informed that all facilities and arrangements were in place to take stock of the disease. With the monsoon on peak, it is important to take preventive measures.
