New Delhi, Aug 31 (ANI): The National capital was once again lashed by heavy rain on Wednesday morning. Some areas in the city went dark as it began to rain heavily, flooding roads. Commuters were seen wadding through water-logged roads. The city has been witnessing see-sawing weather conditions ranging from humid to rainy from the past two days.
