New Delhi, Aug 28 (ANI): Congratulating all local leaders, ministries, and village sarpanchas for working towards putting an end to open defecation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that all the heads of villages situated on the banks of Ganga and many state governments have vowed to construct more toilets. Addressing the 23rd edition of ‘Mann Ki baat’, the PM said students of 1,700 schools wrote to their parents urging them to construct toilets in their homes in Chhattisgarh, which he added is a commendable and an inspirational step.
