Shimla, Aug 26 (ANI): With heavy monsoon rains lashing the hill town Shimla, the Rampur bus stand in the city submerged into a pool of water on Thursday. This in turn has affected the locals and residents in the city. Locals alleged that no help has been rendered by the government. Commuters too are facing a hard time with waterlogging here and there.
