Washington (US), Sep 30 (ANI): US State Department spokesperson John Kirby on Friday said that terrorism knows no border and urged India-Pakistan to encourage communication to reduce the border tensions. Kirby further expressed concern regarding the danger that terrorism poses and sought better ways to delegitimise groups like LeT and JeM.
