Birgunj, Nepal, Sep 24 (ANI): A group of contractual teachers who resorted to protests on Saturday, burnt the copies of 8th amendment bill at Birgunj’s clock tower. The teachers have been opposing the bill that makes it mandatory for them to appear for an exam before they are made permanent. The agitation has fumed up from last two days.
