Agra, Sep 29 (ANI): The Janakpuri festival, which is one of the biggest annual events in Agra, started with a wedding procession, and after travessing the entire city, it will move towards Janakpuri. Thousands of devotees from several other states will take part in the celebration that marks the wedding of Ayodhya Prince Ram with Janakpuri Princess Sita. It is said that Prince Ram was the incarnation of Lord Vishnu, while Princess Sita was the incarnation of his celestial consort Goddess Lakshmi. In Agra, the festivities last for three days.
