Hempstead, New York, Sep 27 (ANI): Expressing no doubt that Russia has used cyber attacks on U.S. organizations, Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton said there was “no doubt” Russia has used cyber attacks on them. Her rival Donald Trump asserted that the Islamic State was winning cyber war. Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump took on each other in the first presidential debate at the Hofstra University in New york on Monday.
