Mumbai, Sep 29 (ANI): In a shocking case of apathy, a man named Uttam was brutally beaten to death by a constable in Mumbai’s Kandivali area on Wednesday night. Giving the details about the incident that took place around 8 pm, victim’s wife Parvati said that her husband was drinking with his friends when a constable came and started beating him. The family also alleged that Police helped the constable in escaping. The family members of the deceased demanded a strict action to be taken against the constable.
