Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Sep 29 (ANI): Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh on Thursday congratulated the Indian Army and supported the surgical strike on terror launch pads across the Line of Control (LoC). He said this was not just a surgical strike, but a warning to Pakistan that India would not tolerate any more terror attacks.
